CERTIFIED ORGANIC COTTON

ALL NATURAL, UNDYED AND HANDWOVEN

Materials are raw, certified and have not been treated with unnecessary chemicals.  The 100% pure Organic cotton fabric we supply is mainly used for ORGANIC COTTON CLOTHING.  Being unbleached and undyed, our fabric will have that undyed natural ivory color  (see photos below). We supply the wholesale trade, boutiques, shops and other professionals and can adjust production – based on volume – to either the spring-summer wear or the autumn-winter season.  Typically, the usual width of the fabric will be 36 inches (apx 91cms) and come in 25 meter rolls (apx 27 yards) . As we utilise handlooms, it may be possible to modify those basic parameters  up to say 45” (apx 1.15 m) depending on your requirements, by prior arrangement.  

We stress the fact that the organic cotton we supply is NATURAL HAND WOVEN.
We will use traditional  handlooms, and not power looms, so often used  in China and our big neighbour, India.

EXTRA SOFT ORGANIC COTTON

Organic cotton is cotton grown without pesticides, chemical additivies or herbicides. The cotton we select originates from and is certified by India, where it is spun into cotton yarn.  The cotton we supply is then woven in Nepal to make a soft, breathable textile.  This organic material is of the highest quality and standards, and extra soft.

This way, you will always get it right! First you will receive a sample which you can feel and touch. Our great specialty is making LADIES TOPS exactly as per your requirements.  With this method, and knowing your market, color trends, etc. you should always be right!

HOW IT WORKS

At minimal cost, you will be able to judge the quality of the organic material, the quality of the sewing, and ensure that every detail you have asked for has carried out to perfection. If you require special sizes, measurements, style, embroidery, logo, brand name of label etc, you should advise us accordingly. Should you intend to possibly order more than one style and several colors (in later wholesale order) be sure to send us all that detailed information in your package.
